Chennai-based Kerry Indev Logistics has signed logistics assignments for Bosch, Siemens at its new facility created for B/S/H/ to manage their CDC/RDC Warehouse & DC operations at Kerry Indev Logistics Park at Kattrambakkam in Sriperumbudur. Announcing this strategic partnership in Chennai, Kerry Indev chairman Xavier Britto said he was sure this arrangement would add value to both organisation for the CDC & RDC warehousing operations.
He added that Kerry Indev Logistics has already been serving BSH for their customs clearance & transportation service and as part of the integration efforts, both companies are focusing on the logistics requirements to ensure a strong market presence with effective & smart logistics service to BSH’s customers.
Kerry Indev Logistics will play a pivotal role right from pick up of materials from BSH plant, organise the CDC & RDC warehousing operations and also cater to last mile forward delivery and reverse pick up, the release added.
The release further said that BSH is significantly expanding in India with its three-brand strategy which includes Bosch, Siemens and Gaggenau.
