R Dinesh has assumed the role of Chairman of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd (TVS SCS), succeeding S Mahalingam, who completed his tenure as Independent Director. Dinesh, the founder and promoter, expressed gratitude for Mahalingam’s mentorship and highlighted the company’s growth potential. TVS SCS also appointed K Ananth Krishnan and Narayan K Seshadri as additional Independent Directors, alongside Tarun Khanna, B Sriram, and Gauri Kumar.
