Qatar Airways Cargo is expanding its dedicated freighter network across Europe and North America, introducing services to Copenhagen, Warsaw, New York and Dallas. The move aims to improve links between regional exporters and international markets through its Doha hub.
The expansion includes new routes and the resumption of freighter services to Warsaw, adding to the airline’s existing cargo capacity on passenger flights. The network is designed to support diverse cargo requirements, ranging from pharmaceuticals and aerospace parts to electronics, perishable goods, vehicles and oversized shipments.
Copenhagen joined the freighter network on 25 October, with a weekly Boeing 777 freighter service operating via Budapest. Offering 100 tonnes of dedicated export capacity, the route is intended to meet cargo demand across Denmark and southern Sweden. It also complements the 10 weekly Boeing 787 passenger flights between Doha and Copenhagen, which provide more than 100 tonnes of belly-hold cargo capacity per week in each direction.
