DP World recorded a 13.1% increase in revenue to $12.7 billion in the first half of 2026, demonstrating resilience despite significant disruptions to trade flows across the Middle East. The UAE-based port operator and logistics company attributed its strong performance to the scale of its global network, diversified operations and integrated logistics capabilities.
The company confirmed that Jebel Ali Port remains fully operational and has sustained no physical damage. However, regional conflict has temporarily affected vessel traffic. In response, DP World has introduced mitigation measures across its regional network, including strengthening inland connectivity to ensure the continued movement of essential cargo.
Excluding Jebel Ali, container volumes rose 6.5% on a like-for-like basis, supported by growth across Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. Adjusted EBITDA also increased by 9.7%, reflecting the resilience of the company’s international operations.
Despite ongoing short-term uncertainty, DP World remains optimistic about the medium- and long-term outlook for global trade. Its diversified network and expanding integrated logistics business are expected to support continued growth and strengthen supply chain resilience.
As part of its regional expansion strategy, DP World plans to develop two new terminals in Fujairah under a 50-year concession. The project will extend the Jebel Ali ecosystem by creating an integrated supply chain that enhances connectivity and cargo movement across the UAE.
During the first half of 2026, the company invested $1.5 billion across its global portfolio and plans to invest approximately $3 billion throughout the year. These investments will support capacity expansion and trade infrastructure development in key markets, including the UAE, the UK, India, Saudi Arabia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
DP World Group Chairman Essa Kazim said the company delivered strong revenue growth and resilient EBITDA despite considerable disruption to regional trade flows. He highlighted the strength of its diversified global portfolio, integrated business model and ability to keep goods moving across international markets.
DP World Group CEO Yuvraj Narayan added that container volumes outside Jebel Ali increased by 6.5% on a like-for-like basis, while adjusted EBITDA grew by 9.7%, with positive contributions from Africa, the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.
The results underscore DP World’s continued focus on global expansion, infrastructure investment and integrated logistics solutions to navigate geopolitical challenges and support the evolving needs of international trade.
