Air Cargo Forum India Announces New Governing Board for 2026-27 & 2027-28
Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI) announced the constitution of its new Governing Board for the terms 2026-27 and 2027-28 at its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on August 27, 2026, in New Delhi.
The newly constituted leadership will steer ACFI through the next two-year term, building on the Forumโs continued efforts to bring together stakeholders across the air cargo industry and strengthen collaboration, advocacy and innovation for the growth and development of Indiaโs air cargo sector.
The newly constituted Board will work collectively to advance ACFIโs objectives, strengthen industry representation and foster meaningful engagement among air cargo stakeholders, government authorities, regulators and other key partners.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ramesh Mamidala, President, ACFI, said that the new Board would build on the strong foundation created by the Forum over the years and work towards further strengthening Indiaโs air cargo ecosystem through greater collaboration, policy engagement, innovation and operational efficiency.
With Indiaโs air cargo industry continuing to evolve and play an increasingly important role in the countryโs trade and logistics landscape, ACFI will focus on initiatives that promote efficiency, innovation, collaboration, capacity building and sustainable growth across the sector.
The AGM also provided an opportunity for ACFI members to reflect on the Forumโs work and achievements during the previous term and deliberate on priorities and the strategic direction for the years ahead.
ACFI expressed its appreciation to the outgoing Governing Board and its leadership for their valuable contribution towards strengthening the Forum and advancing the interests of the Indian air cargo industry.
