The 52nd FAPAA Executive Council Meeting & Annual General Meeting, hosted by NEFFA in Kathmandu, Nepal (28–30 June 2026), brought together delegates from across the Asia-Pacific region to discuss key industry developments, regulatory updates, air cargo security, training, and the future of freight forwarding.

A major focus of the meeting was the upcoming implementation of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Direct Air Waybill changes, highlighting the importance of industry-wide collaboration and stakeholder engagement. The gathering also reinforced FAPAA’s commitment to strengthening partnerships, knowledge sharing, and advancing the air cargo industry across the region.
