Abu Dhabi Airports has announced the signing of a service level agreement (SLA) with the General Administration of Customs to strengthen service standards and improve the passenger trip and customer experience.

The SLA agreement was signed in the presence of H.E. Rashed Lahej Al Mansoori, Director General at the General Administration of Customs, and Elena Sorlini, Managing Director and Interim CEO at Abu Dhabi Airports.

The agreement was signed by H.E. Mubarak Matar Al Mansoori, Executive Director of the Operations Sector at Abu Dhabi Customs, and Sultan Al Dhaheri, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Aviation Security at Abu Dhabi Airports.

The service level agreement intends to broaden areas of collaboration in terms of speeding travel processes, inspecting bags, and simplifying the flow of people and goods among airports, in order to assist boost Abu Dhabi’s position as a premier tourism, trade, and commerce destination.
