The introduction of fully electric vehicles (EVs) to Aramex’s last mile delivery fleet in the United Arab Emirates is part of the company’s long-term strategic commitment to sustainability and reducing its operational carbon footprint. Aramex’s larger objectives, which include the desire to become carbon neutral by 2030 and net-zero by 2050, specifically include the programme as a component. The company’s plan to increase the fleet of clean vehicles it operates in the United Arab Emirates has begun with the deployment of these EVs.

In order to support its ambitious fleet electrification objectives across its worldwide network until 2030, Aramex will interact with top global players in the EV industry going ahead and create collaborations.

The use of the EVs in Dubai follows thorough testing for a variety of electric delivery trucks by Aramex.
