flydubai Cargo, the freight division of the Dubai-based airline, has announced a new partnership with cargo.one to introduce its first digital sales on the leading booking platform. This collaboration will provide freight forwarders with instant digital access to flydubai Cargo’s capacity, including convenient interline routes facilitated by agreements with other airlines. By tapping into cargo.one’s global community of freight forwarders across 121 countries, flydubai Cargo aims to offer a seamless digital experience for its customers.

Since its launch in 2012, flydubai Cargo has expanded its operations to over 150 destinations across 53 countries, covering regions including Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Europe, the GCC, the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. In 2024, the carrier broadened its network by starting operations to new locations, including Al Jouf and The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia, Basel in Switzerland, Islamabad and Karachi in Pakistan, Kerman and Kish Island in Iran, Langkawi and Penang in Malaysia, as well as Mombasa in Kenya. The recent order of 30 Boeing 787 Dreamliners will significantly enhance flydubai’s cargo capacity in the coming years.

Operating from its hub in Dubai, flydubai utilizes a modern and efficient fleet of 88 Boeing 737 aircraft. The airline collaborates closely with ground-handling agents and service providers to ensure secure and efficient cargo transportation. For freight forwarders, flydubai Cargo offers reliable and frequent services to destinations like Beirut, Colombo, Doha, and Salalah, with the ability to transfer shipments between flights in as little as one hour upon arrival in Dubai.
