A new cooperation between MSM Logistic LLC, an international construction and development business, and Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone (ADAFZ), a division of Abu Dhabi Airports, has been launched in order to establish a new building complex within the free zone for an investment of USD 23 million.
The Al Falah sector is currently undergoing a master development to the east of Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH), and the project is expected to be the first to break ground there. It calls for the construction of one warehouse with a total size of 16,500 square metres.
Letting an area of 28,623 square metres is part of the project’s first phase, which is scheduled to begin in Q4 2023 and was finalised by the signing of a Musataha agreement during ADIPEC, the largest energy event in the world, which took place in November 2023.
The agreement entitles MSM Logistic to construct a building and lease the plot of land, at Abu Dhabi Airports free zone, in close proximity to the area where the first phase will begin in the Al Falah district.
