Patel Integrated Logistics, a leading provider of logistics and supply chain services in India, has announced the appointment of R Kannan, a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, as an Independent Director on its board, pending regulatory approval. Kannan brings over 39 years of expertise in finance, strategy, and corporate performance management, having held senior leadership positions in renowned organizations such as TCS, PwC, Hinduja Group, ICICI Bank, and Piramal Group, according to an official statement.
Kannan’s extensive experience spans across multiple industries, including banking, IT, logistics, and infrastructure. He has successfully led major initiatives in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and global business development.
