Eng. Loay Mashabi will start working for Saudia Cargo as Managing Director on October 8, 2023, the company has announced.
Having considerable experience in the logistics industry, Eng. Loay, a former deputy minister for logistics services at the ministry of transportation and logistics services, has been instrumental in advancing Saudi Arabia’s standing as a logistics centre.
A board member of Saudia Cargo, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), Riyadh Integrated, and the Saudi Exports Authority, Loay has held a number of posts during his career in both the commercial and public sectors.
In order to guarantee Saudia Cargo maintains its successful expansion and transformation to achieve a significant worldwide presence by growing its dedicated freighter fleet, Loay will co-manage many functions and strategic projects with CEO Teddy Zebitz.

Eng. Loay holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from King Fahd University.
