The port of Rotterdam has appointed Broekman Logistics India as its representative team in the country, as the port looks to strengthen its activities in the region. By appointing Broekman Logistics, the port hopes to develop its international activities further. This will involve consultancy assignments as well as selling digital projects, attracting investments and promoting maritime trade flows between India and Europe via Rotterdam. The port of Rotterdam will also sign two MoUs during a visit to India: one with the Maharashtra Maritime Board and one with the state government of Kerala. Both agreements are for consultancy assignments relating to maritime and logistics and the digital transition.
